Refunds/Reship
We will only offer refunds or full reship in the event a package can’t be delivered for reasons beyond customers control.
This includes errors in shipping info on our end, seized packages, etc. If a package is marked as DELIVERED and the address is confirmed to be what was supplied by the customer, the only option will be a discounted reship.
